    And I’m back again with another podcast. This time I am interviewing my dear friend Ashleigh who has been attending Green School for more than 4 years. Today we are going to talk about moderation of food and what she thinks is a healthy diet. She eats everything and has no restrictions, so how does she think certain foods, such as sugar and carbs, impact her body? I’m excited to see what she thinks about her own diet, but also what she thinks about mine, as I’m a vegan environmentalist and she consumes everything.     Thank you so much for being here with me today! Ashleigh is all about body positivity and thinks a healthy diet is by eating everything in moderation. I definitely learned something from this podcast and it gave me a new perspective on diet. It all comes down to what works best for you and what your body needs. As she isn't’ too focused on diet it is great to see that that can also keep you healthy and happy. I’m excited to see if she’s going to keep eating this way or change it. Maybe she learned something from me and I hope she’ll learn more about the impacts her diet has on the environment. We can all learn from each other.

    Hello everyone! This is a brand new podcast with my dear friend Emily talking about becoming a vegetarian. She is 16 years old and has been a vegetarian for 2 years now. She is from Australia and has been attending Green School Bali for 6 months. In this podcast we are going to talk about her reason for becoming a vegetarian, as she is an environmental activist. In order to save the planet she thinks that we have to change, and they might be small changes, for example, not eating meat, not using single use plastic water bottles and bags, but they have such a big impact on the environment. Emily loved meat growing up and has given it up in order to help the environment.     Mood changer - a Q&A with myself about veganism.

    Hi everyone, it me. Today I am doing a Q&A with myself about veganism. I have been vegan for 3 months and I’m still learning but I am already starting to feel better physically but surprisingly also mentally! I have noticed my mood improving and at first I didn’t know what it was until I looked back and realised it started around the time I became vegan. I was a vegetarian for more than 5 before I became vegan. In this podcast I will be talking about my journey to becoming vegan and also about the environmental impacts we have by not consuming animal products. I will also be talking about my mental health and about the foods I miss. I hope you’ll enjoy this podcast and happy listening!



    I hope you enjoyed this podcast. I have been very passionate about veganism and environmentalism and this was the perfect way for me to express my knowledge and thoughts. I have learned so much these last few months about food and our needs as I had to find other alternatives.
