She is a regularly on HGTV’s Mission: Organization.  Locally, she is a regularly-featured expert on Fox 12’s nationally syndicated Better TV and on 1190 KEX Radio The Morning Update. Norris is a contributor to national lifestyle publications, such as Better Homes & Gardens, Woman’s Day, Parents, and Real Simple magazine. Norris’ unique brand of organization and life management has attracted such notable companies as Glad and MasterCard, who have enlisted Norris as their spokesperson.
A keynote and seminar speaker, Norris is a member of the National Speakers Association.

Charles Shade, UDCP, Owner of C. L. Shade Drafting has been part of the homebuilding industry since the day he could hold a hammer.  Gradually those hammers became tools and a love for the construction of homes turned into a career. He has continued this journey for the last 30 years through various stages including, Framing, Project Management, Construction Supervising, and since 2001; Residential Design.
Charlie is active in NARI Central VA as Education chair and facilitates many certification classes for our local contractors based on NARI National accreditation and provides these contractors with support for recertification thru continuing education seminars.

Speaker: Amanda Funk
Amanda Funk, Lead Designer & Product Specialist and Allied Member ASID,  graduated from the Art Institutes International-Minnesota with an Associate’s degree in Interior Design.  She maintains a solid line of communication with clients and works alongside them to coordinate and assist with all design concepts and material selections.  Amanda facilitates color, texture, layout and overall design on every project for both interior and exterior surfaces.  She excels at simplifying the design process and ensuring all design decisions and changes are accounted for and communicated to all team members.  Amanda also provides interior design consultations when requested

Speaker: Jason Kersch, Sales Manager, Major Homes Corp.
Jason Kersch started going out on estimates with his father when he was just five years old and has now been working with Major Homes full-time for the past six years. Every day on the job is different, he says, because every customer and project is unique. Jason finds inspiration in the company’s 92-year history of home renovation excellence and customer service. Like his father, his goal is to make sure that every customer gets the utmost attention and every project exceeds expectations.

Speaker: Patricia Iacone.
Patricia Iacone joined the firm in 1997. She brings her strong communication and organizational skills to the firm. When you call our office, Patricia will be there to greet you. She offers a telephone consultation which gathers enough information to schedule an in home consultation with Randy. She is always eager to answer any questions you may have. She will be happy to provide client references for you to call, prior your consultation. With 13 years in the remodeling industry Patricia is able to keep all our building and remodel projects organized and on schedule.
As a member of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, (NARI) DC Chapter,  she serves as the “Referral Coordinator” for consumers who are seeking a qualified contractor.  And recently,  she joined the “Consumer Awareness” Committee for NARI.
She also brings our equestrian division “Home, Horse and Hound” to the firm. Her personal relationships in the equine industry and experience in farm planning has enabled us to open our new division to homeowners in Loudoun, Fauquier and Clarke counties. Home, Horse and Hound offers numerous services. We firmly believe that planning is everything! It is costly to make a mistake.
