My best friend Shivani is one of the many fearless essential workers on the medical frontlines. She's a Respiratory Therapist caring for COVID-19 patients in a Greater Toronto Area hospital.

Shiv not only takes us through a day in her world during this pandemic but also provides us with some valuable advice we should all take into account when it comes to combating the Coronavirus. 

During this unprecedented time we are all living a new normal. My guest and dear friend, Jade Salazaar, shares how she and her team in Toronto are coping with COVID-19 while being deemed an essential worker.

Jade has been through various stages at her company and because of her ever growing skill set she's risen to the role of Director of Service Design.

Once Jade sets a goal, she's determined to go out there and accomplish it! Her passion for travel has led her to climb Mount Kilimanjaro, trek through the Grand Canyon and so much more. We get insight into her love for a great adventure.
