I had the pleasure of responding to a few guests that called in regarding a discussion of how they would respond of being yelled at during conflict. We shared tips and strategies we thought would be helpful if you were in a similar situation. Enjoy!

Just because your calendar is full does not mean you're effectively managing your time. Are you busy being busy? Or are you prioritizing your busy schedule to get the right things at the right time, done? You won't be able to schedule your day effectively until you first define your goals for the day, week, month, etc.

Once you're clear with what you're trying to do, it becomes easier to take out the tasks that take you off your game and/or focus. The loss of focus then turns to procrastination and poor time management.

Don't be afraid to say no to things that go against your goals or tasks set for the day. Saying yes to everything leaves you saying no to yourself and too drained to reach your own goals.

Try delegating, automating, outsourcing, etc to get the task done instead.
