An introduction to the origin story of The Eye from the book my husband and I are currently writing. A tale of sand, where nothing grows, but a secret basin of beautiful priestesses watch over the small villages that lie around their home. One of these villages holds a secret. Something that is unknown, even to the people who live their. When the High Priestess of the Basin comes looking for it, will they give her what she desires or will all be lost?
