    Real quick. Today, on the episode, I will show you one major reason startup struggle and fail to grow beyond its owner. You Want to know why? Yes you say? Okay, let's dive in.
    Have you ever heard the word lemonade stand before, how about the book - the company of one written by Paul Jarvis. In that book, he narrated how there's no need for a one man company to grow once it's doing fine at that level. As opposed to the book I once read back on campus days titled E-myth revisited. Micheal Garber talked about why some entrepreneurs still act as the manager and technician after the infancy stage.
    Well, what's the answer to our question, why small business struggle and fail to grow beyond its owner. This is simply because they were never structured as a brand from the start. It a mindset. They were structured like a lemonade stand or a company of one.
    You still doubt? Let me explain. You see, structuring your business a lot like a brand will always.. attract investors because brands have this character of authenticity and trust, no you don't wants to partner with a business where trust is deficit because of legal battle. So you won't have funding problems. A brand will always attract workforce talent and fans so you don't have to work alone because it's something much bigger than you. A brand will always attract loyal customers with their excellent customer service, because this is the unique selling point USP of innovative brands. Again, a Brand knows exactly what it stands for, why it started the business in the first place.
    These are common business problems that can be solved by thinking like a brand from the start.
    They say a business has failed before it ever started. It's much like raising a building without a firm foundation, you will always start all over if you must get it right. Whatever thing you want to venture into in life, online or offline you need to think like a brand.
    You know why? That's the only way to make that profitable, recognized, meaningful, sustainable.

    I just told you the one major reason why small startup struggle and fail to grow is because they are not structured like a brand.
