    Medicinal plants

    Medicinal plants

Hello my name is Gerald Galvez and I come from Miami beach senior high I will be talking about medicinal plants to be more exact Garlic, Oregano and Aloa vera
Some facts about the plants and what they are used for
Garlic: Garlic is most commonly used for conditions related to the heart and blood system. These conditions include high blood pressure, high levels of cholesterol or other fats (lipids) in the blood (hyperlipidemia), and hardening of the arteries (atherosclerosis).
oregano: Oregano is a plant. The leaf is used to make medicine. Oregano is used for respiratory tract disorders such as coughs, asthma, croup, and bronchitis. It is also used for gastrointestinal (GI) disorders such as heartburn and bloating.
Aloe Vera: The plant is native to North Africa, Southern Europe, and the Canary Islands. Today, aloe vera is grown in tropical climates worldwide. From relieving heartburn to potentially slowing the spread of breast cancer, researchers are just beginning to unlock the benefits of this universal plant and its many byproducts.
The gel contains the majority of the bioactive compounds in the plant, such as vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and antioxidants. Aloe Vera is a popular medicinal plant that's used in the food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industries. Its leaves contain a gel-like substance which has numerous beneficial compounds.
Now that you know some facts about the plants, I'm going to tell you about the two interviews. I interviewed a friend and my grandmother
When I interviewed My friend, he didn’t know too much about plants he only knew that Aloa vera was a drink but he taught that garlic and oregano where only condiments I talked to my grandma she told me
