I am Patience Chigodora, your host and the founder, CEO of hear.mecoaching. As well as being a psychic medium clairvoyant, I am a qualified life coach specialising in spirituality, inner child work and career development. What does that mean?! To put it simply, my intention is to empower you to awaken, accept and align to your healing presence by creating a safe space to hear mind, body and spirit. All so you can start or continue to nurture the longest relationship you will ever…the one with yourself.
In addition to being an experienced marketing, personal branding and communications specialist, I am a daughter, sister, friend, cousin auntie and fairy godmama to my beautiful babies. However, most importantly and my most valuable role is who I am to myself which is a whole divine being, healing and vibing on this journey called life.
So what can you expect on this podcast, this is a safe space for deep and healing conversations:
Exploring past childhood trauma experiences and patterns of not being seen and heard, the impact that has on the relationship with ourselves and others later in life.
How we can learn, heal and grow spiritually from such experiences through the lenses of love, letting go of self-judgment, shame, guilt and unworthiness.
Plus a lot of fun and laughter so join in the healing conversations wherever you are and whoever you are. I see you, I hear you, I love you and you matter!
