I have, in my life, had to have many difficult conversations. Whether it's with employees, partners, or with my spouse, it has been a challenge to learn how to truly listen to the other person and put my own thoughts aside. Today, I am sharing with you how I navigate through difficult conversations and why I believe they are extremely important to have.

Every week I get to set goals with my children. Today. I wanted to share with you some of my personal stories and things I do, that I believe are extremely important in helping me keep my commitments to reach my goals and make meaningful progress toward where I want to be. I also dive into the importance of accountability and how I use it to stay on track toward achieving my goals and some tangible ways in which I have set up accountability partners in the past.

As someone who used to shy away from challenging conversations, I know firsthand how daunting they can be. But through practice and self-reflection, I've learned how to approach these conversations with empathy and understanding. In this video, I discuss how to put aside our preconceptions and truly listen to the other person's point of view. By putting aside our own biases and ego, we can create a safe space for honest and productive dialogue.
