The Case for Mental Wellness
Oh, my. This episode was not supposed to see the light of day. However, as editor in chief (Camryn), I decided to embrace the imperfection that this episode is. The audio is not perfect, there are distractions in the background. However, I believe this episode needed to be this way to hit home that life is not perfect, and we need to honor that. Hopefully, these distractions do not drown out the message of taking care of yourself despite the things that are going on around you.
