Hosted out of Pittsburgh, PA, Tapestry began in July of 2018, as, quite simply, a passion project of mine. I would consider myself a music geek in all senses of the word and wanted to have a platform for me to discuss music with other so-called music geeks.
Bringing my knowledge of progressive rock and metal, alongside other genres, and my love of conversation to the table, Tapestry is a podcast where I dig to get the answers about why music drives us to create. In each conversation I explore music, the thread that weaves between us all - an intricate fabric of the human experience.

Welcome to Episode 64 of Tapestry - today I am joined by Mike Campanile and Kyle Weaver, who together embody the genre-defying band known as Syberia. They describe Syberia’s sound as “trash metal,” but it’s safe to say this Delaware County PA band has a lot more in store than just garbage. Kyle and Mike spoke with me about their upcoming album Revive, experiences in musical theater and music education, their forward-thinking approach to writing, the old-school punk ethos, and many more fascinating looks into their writing process.
