I had the privilege to sit down with Phd of Exercise Science, Dr. Kristof Kipp. Kristof has been making waves in sports science and biomechanics research with his force velocity tests on Olympic Weightlifters and while out in Oklahoma this past weekend Olympic Track and Field Throwers.
