Ask yourself: What is this person or experience showing me about me? What is the highest truth? When we get quite enough our inner guidance becomes stronger than any outside strategy.

Today is an invitation to be compassionately curious and explore the richness and depths of what is going inside of you. In this mediation we explore what it is that you really yearn for? There are many things in life designed to pull us away from our heart, center, and core. Take the time to reconnect and align with love more deeply. Keep witnessing all with love and it will permeate your capacity to receive abundance. We bless you for being willing to live in love in a time when the world need it so much.

This is an opportunity for you to wake up, show up, and share as the messenger you were born to be. As we begin to unpack our lives it can bring up feelings that want to move through us. There is nothing wrong with learning to share our hearts. This is an invitation for us to go beyond the surface and to truly learn to connect with ourselves and others.
