Society, The Family and The Individual

Society, The Family and The Individual

Here we take a dive into the different definitions of the family unit defining each and taking a look at their effect on the societies they are implemented, so that we can have conversations around the ideal family structure for our society. We also looked at gender roles in a typical family structure and looked at the merits of each. Like I pointed out, the purpose of this podcast is to get us to start thinking and talking about these issues. I am not an expert proffering any solution for anyone. I am just sharing what i think is right from my years of research on the subject. Putting forth the facts so that you can make up your own mind. I would also like us to have conversations on this issues in the comment section or send me an email on kingsley.ekpott@gmail.com. Thank you and happy listening.

The Homeland Advantage is a function of your true worth, the perceived worth of your current location and your Homeland. The higher the perceived worth of your Homeland, the less you will have to work harder to achieve your goals abroad. This is why it is in the best interest of every black man to work together to develop Africa, because wherever you go, your apparent worth in any field will always be tied to the perceived worth of Africa, your Homeland. So, sit back and enjoy as we educate and inform you on this all too important concept. Please favourite, share and subscribe to our channel to get informed whenever there is a new episode on this podcast. Until next time where we bring you the final instalment if thus dialogue, do have a wonderful time. Cheers.

The Homeland Advantage with Tim - Why developing Africa (and Nigeria) should concern you (A Dialogue)

The Homeland Advantage with Tim - Why developing Africa (and Nigeria) should concern you (A Dialogue)

The Introduction to a three parts series of the conversation I had with Timothy Koya, a very good friend of mine. The Homeland Advantage is a subject that should interest everyone of us because it explores a very important issue that we all face everyday. It maintains that wherever you are in the world, home or abroad, the apparent value that is place on you or your work by people is directly affected by how your homeland, in our case Africa, is perceived by the outside world. This subject is at the very foundation of the issue of racism and other race related issue.

This introductory dialogue just focused on building the case for why it is important for us to come together and build our nations an our Continent in general. i hope you enjoy yourself.
