There's no doubt about the fact that 'Change is the Only Constant' and we are on a continuous path towards the change to become the best version of ourselves in this ever-changing world. And these changes are often very interesting to observe and ponder around.

On this Podcast "Towards the Change", I try to breakdown and ponder around pretty much everything which is changing and is there around us from tech to philosophy to business from different perspectives.

Are new people on the internet getting exposed to the wrong side of it? | Towards The Change #7

Are new people on the internet getting exposed to the wrong side of it? | Towards The Change #7

    Hey Everyone!

Welcome to the 7th episode of Towards The Change podcast with me. In this episode, I talk about "Are new people on the internet getting exposed to the wrong side of it?" and how they might be most vulnerable to getting exposed to only certain sides of the internet which might end up making them dumb.

Every single day millions and millions of new people are coming on the internet from villages and other different parts of India but it's kind of sad and serious that they are getting more exposed to certain sides of the internet which don't represent all its possibilities as a whole.

And a good part of this side of the internet includes micro-video platforms which were born after the ban of Tik Tok and it's not that the micro-videos in themselves are bad but the content is triggering which often plays with psychology gets addictive along with affecting attention spans.

I feel we as people who have relatively more experience on the internet than the new people on it have a responsibility in guiding them and making them aware of all its abilities.

So yeah that's all hope you guys liked this episode and if yes do share it and hit that SUBSCRIBE button for more such episodes.

And also do share your experiences and thoughts around this and what do you think we can do to make a change together. I really would love to hear them and have a conversation about it and maybe we can together make it happen as well.

So ya that's pretty much it for this episode and I will see you in the next one. 🤘

The Real Problem with Our Education System | Indian Education System | Towards The Change #6

The Real Problem with Our Education System | Indian Education System | Towards The Change #6

    Hey Everyone!

Welcome to the 6th episode of Towards The Change podcast with me. In this episode, I talk about what I feel is "The Real Problem with Our Education System"  and what are things that are actually wrong in it, and how they affect us as students.

We all have our own hatred for some or the other part of our education system but one of the major problems is that it brutally generalizes things for every single student not letting them follow their own genuine curiosities instead putting extra pressure on them hampering their creativity, critical thinking, and questioning abilities.

And if we look at it practically it isn't that the subjects are wrong but the intent with which they are taught is flawed in most of the subjects we are taught. The intent is never to learn, experiment, and create things instead it is to clear a dumb 3-hour exam which nearly means nothing in other relatively more important aspects of life.

And I know for a fact that the national education policy is out and it looks quite promising, to be honest, and it will surely make the process more efficient and student-friendly but I am not sure about how it will play out and help in getting the intent part right.

So yeah that's all hope you guys liked this episode and if yes do share it and hit that SUBSCRIBE button for more such episodes.

Also, do share your experiences and thoughts around this and what would you like to change in our education system if given the power and opportunity. I really would love to hear them and have a conversation about it and maybe we can together make it happen as well.

So ya that's pretty much it for this episode and I will see you in the next one. 🤘

How to get most out of Online Communities | Student Communities | Towards The Change #5

How to get most out of Online Communities | Student Communities | Towards The Change #5

    Hey Everyone!

Welcome to the 5th episode of Towards The Change podcast with me. In this episode, I talk about Online Communities in general and how to get the most out of them.

In the past year, all the communities have seen massive growth many new communities were formed, and many are getting started now as niche-based communities. And there is no doubt about the fact that we all love spending time in these communities making friends, talking about different stuff, and learning different stuff.

I personally have learned a lot from the time I spent, the conversations I had and the sessions I attended on these student communities.

But I feel to get the most out of them we need to properly manage the time spent here with actually doing things as well. Which is basically learning things by doing as well as interacting with like-minded people and then contributing to these in some or another way whether it be helping new peeps or anything for that matter to create a virtuous cycle of learning, growth, and collectiveness.

Hope you liked this episode and if yes do share it and hit that Subscribe button for more such episodes.

And also do share your experiences with these online communities which you are a part of and the things you learned  I would love to hear them and have a conversation about them.

So ya that's pretty much it for this episode and I will see you in the next one. 🤘

The new form of The average of 5 People Rule | Follow the Right People | Towards The Change #4

Hey Everyone! Welcome to the 4th episode of Towards The Change podcast with me. In this episode, I talk about the famous "The average of 5 People Rule" and how radically it has changed and has gained a new form with the internet Democratizing access to great people and their content.

Basically pondering around the idea that how we are driven and formed by our environment, why it is important to be around the right people and why it the most important part to get right and to some extent, we consciously can by being around the right people and learning from them.

But with the new form of The average of 5 People Rule things have changed a lot earlier we didn't have access to the thought of people we want to learn from and now we have access to everyone who is there out there online which also gives birth to the need to filter out the things and tune into what matters.

And also do share your experiences with this new form of The Average of 5 people rule and stuff around that and mention 5 people who you look up to and consume content and what are the things you learned from them which I would love to hear them and have a conversation about it.

The Importance of Questioning Things | Questioning Everything | Towards The Change #3

The Importance of Questioning Things | Questioning Everything | Towards The Change #3

Hey Everyone! Welcome to the 3rd episode of Towards The Change podcast with me.

In this episode, I talk about questioning, how it's important, how it affects our daily lives, and basically pondering around its basic and subsequent parts and how I look at it through some of my experiences and thought experiments.

If we look closely, everything around us or everything we do is based on certain decisions that were are making constantly and all of them start from a question of whether it be a subconscious decision like brushing or bigger conscious decisions of our lives.

We are well aware and conscious of the subsequent parts of questioning which are curiousness which can also be placed before questioning, experimentation based on questioning and creativity, or creating something but asking the question is where all of this starts from with some common ground which I talk about in detail in the episode.

I also talk about some types and levels of questioning the right kind of questions, the wrong kind of questions, and random and guided questioning patterns.

Hope you liked this episode and if yes do share it and hit that subscribe button for more such episodes.

And also do share your experiences of you questioning things and stuff around that how you go about certain questions or decisions and certain situations you encountered I would love to hear them and have a conversation about it.

So ya that's pretty much it for this episode and I will see you in the next one. 🤘

The Context of Contexts | What is context and why it is important | Towards The Change #2

The Context of Contexts | What is context and why it is important | Towards The Change #2

Hey Everyone! Welcome to the 2nd episode of Towards The Change podcast with me.

In this episode, I try to break down the whole point of context, what is context and as the title says "The Context of Contexts" and share my share of mistakes which I have done in this case and various thought experiments I have gone through, which at the end of the day helped me to develop a basic process to go about it for myself.

I believe having the right amount of context is very important to conclude anything about any particular situation, conversation, or simply for anything. But it is also true that we can't have all the context to all the situations around us simply because there are hundreds of different nuances and variables linked to them.

I think a healthy way to go about this is to pick your situations and conversations or anything for that matter and go into deep research and thought experiments to understand them to the maximum extent and to conclude something

Hope you liked this episode and if yes do share it and hit that subscribe button for more such episodes.

And also do share your experiences with context and things around that how you go about and certain situations you encountered I would love to hear them and have a conversation about it.
