Why So Sensitive?
Sensitivity is to be easily offended or hurt. Being aware of what triggers you and how you react to certain things is imperative. Understanding that you have a right to voice your opinion - just as much as the next person. It’s okay to agree to disagree with people. Every conversation doesn’t have to result in an argument. Be open minded to hear the next person perspective- you may learn something new.

Protect Your Peace
Protecting your peace is essential especially during the holiday season. It’s time for to celebrate and enjoy the time off to rest. Make sure that you have boundaries during these times as it may be challenging to be around family. Its important to not allow yourself to feel obligated to show up for anyone else but yourself. Protect your peace at all cost to ensure that you are doing what’s best for you!

Friends are a reflection of who you are and should be an asset to your life not a liability. Recognizing the importance of friendship and learning each other love language will keep the foundation solid. It’s not about knowing and being surrounded by the most people - but making sure the depth of who you are as a person is understood and respected. Cancel Culture Vs Accountability
To be canceled and held accountable goes hand in hand. Understanding that everyone has a right to their own perspective but there are some things that just cannot be accepted. Don’t be afraid to voice your opinion and perspective about issues in life but be open-minded and willing to understand the next person perspective of things. Hold yourself to your own standards and be a voice of reason for others.
