Hangry Friends is the seventeenth episode of the fourth season of Baddies, titled Baddies East. It was released on The Zeus Network on January 14th, 2024.

The episode begins with Smiley having a seizure in Jamaica, while Tesehki and Ahna proclaims that she must be faking it. Security and production then carry Smiley to one of the buses and drive off. Meanwhile, Tesehki still tells everyone that Smiley was allegedly faking her seizure, and threatens to beat her up for it. Afterwards, Natalie brings all the girls together to discuss what happened with Smiley, while asking them what caused her seizure. At the same time, she reveals that Bobby Lytes and Suki will be joining them while in Jamaica. Meanwhile, Smiley is rushed to the emergency room, where she reveals that she has had a history of seizures, and that she drank 7 shots of Hennessy while on the bus. Later on, the girls meets up with Bobby and Suki, while they walk around the craft market while having fun and drinking. Afterwards, the girls meet up with Rollie. While they bring up the Smiley situation again, Rollie reveals that her dad allegedly died from a seizure as well. Then, all the girls, including Smiley, head to dinner to eat. Meanwhile, it is revealed that Natalie and Scotty allegedly got into a heated argument regarding how the food was served. While they continue to argue, they end up fighting. Then, Natalie and Tesehki confront Smiley about supposedly faking her seizure. At the same time, Scarface pours water on her head. Smiley then proceeds to leave the restaurant and the show entirely. Suki then confronts Natalie for ganging up on Smiley, and Scarface for pouring water on her. This results in Rollie jumping in to defend Scarface, which leads to her and Suki fighting.
