A question to ponder for our listeners: What’s in a name and what does your name mean to you?

Welcome to Rein In Conflict! Today our guest speaker is Gary Peterson, the President and joint owner with his wife Nancy, of Accent Doors & Trim.

Have you ever been in a conflicting situation and both parties are stating their positions. When you’re in that situation have you ever thought to stop and ask the individual “what are your interests” and not only that, but stop and ask yourself the same question, “what are my interests?” Sometimes we think we know what our position is but come to find out that we’ve been driving the wrong position because our true interests haven’t surfaced quite yet.
