3. Pricing Correctly
This is a HUGE one
SO many Artists don’t take the time to DO THE MATH when it comes to setting their rates
Every bridal beauty business is different, we all have different locations we serve, different specialties, products costs (some use high end products some use lower end product) overhead fees, operation fees, licensing, insurance and legal fees.

4. Sales Process & Tracking your Conversion Rate
Do you have a Sales Process and if so what does it look like
What is a conversion rate also referred to as a booking rate
A conversion rate is the number of weddings you convert from leads to contract signed & retainer paid aka BOOKED.
How to read your conversion rate percentages, what information are they giving you?
Having a Sales Process like my "Phone Calls that Convert" method, will increase your sales even when you raise your rates!
