Canada is expected to increase defence spending to two per cent of GDP.     Plus: Plant-based but ultra-processed is bad news for hearts. That’s the finding of a new study from the British medical journal, The Lancet. The study of 100,000 people found that these processed foods may contribute to cardiovascular disease and even death.
