On today’s episode of The French Press, we dive deep and personal into cutting the cord. What does it mean to cut the cord? How do you know if it’s time to let go? Whether it’s a relationship or a friendship, family member etc. Any person who doesn’t serve you, holds you back in life, makes you feel stuck in place is a person that does not deserve you. Every person comes into our life for a reason but not everyone is meant to stay.

This is the first official episode of The French Press! I’m sorry it’s taken so long to post but it’s really hard to just sit there and talk about yourself for 5+ minutes! I also wanted this first episode to be less structured a bit more relaxed so you could really get to know the character behind the voice. I hope this episode gives you a bit of an idea of what you can expect from The French Press. The French press is somewhere to sit back relax grab a cup of coffee and let’s get our lives together.
