Welcome to your 20s boo.

Didn’t think it would be so, what’s the word - liberating? No, no that’s not it. Unexpected? We’re getting closer…

Bittersweet! Yup, that’s it.

The urban dictionary defines bittersweet as a “love-hate type situation, having equal pros and cons.” With that said, here’s the 411 on surviving your 20s, a combination of what I’ve grasped so far, and a few tidbits from older and wiser folks.

If the words “purpose” and “calling” make you feel really uncomfortable, pressured, and even confused, you’re reading the right post!  Are you questioning your direction in life? Are you striving for success only to find yourself dissatisfied with what you’re doing?

Well, if you answered “yes,” to any of the above, GOOD. You’re that much closer to finding your way.

I can promise that you’re not alone on this wonderful rollercoaster ride called adulthood.  No matter what age, occupation, or season of life you’re in, we are ALL on an endless, unique journey of discovering, growing and learning.

The Pursuit
Have you ever questioned why he hasn’t called, texted, or asked for a second date? Why he strays away from discussing the future, doesn’t include you in his future plans, or doesn’t desire to know your interests, passions, or hobbies?

I wish I could tell you it’s because he’s busy, that he’s “healing from another relationship,” his phone broke (LOL), or that he just isn’t the type of guy that plans his future out, so that’s why he isn’t sure about seeing you in his.

He has a fully charged phone. He has fingers to text you back. He just isn’t pursuing you. Girl, the TRUTH is that his lack of response is a response. He’s Just Not That Interested.
