If there is one thing Alison and I are passionate about, it is mental health. In this episode we talk about the importance of mental health, tips on how to identify if you are currently struggling, strategies to implement, how to help a loved one who might be struggling and so much more. This is an episode for everyone and is such an important topic. It is my mission to normalize  mental health and change the dialogue we have around this. It’s time for the stigmas to disappear and normalize mental health as we do our physical health. If you are looking to educate yourself around mental health, this episode is for you.

Alison is a mental health trainer and speaks about mental wellbeing (aka being the best version of yourself). Her goal is to talk about mental health in a way that everyone can understand and to break down barriers of what mental health "looks like".
