In this episode we are unpacking the A of our SALTY acronym which is appreciation. I share examples on how practicing an attitude of gratitude has changed things in my life and we look at God and His thoughts on the matter.
Practicing gratitude is something you can do aloud or in written form, but it changes things and helps us take our eyes off what we don't have and onto Him.
