This episode of 15:14 is a rebroadcast of the interview we did with Pastor Dave Kirk regarding the Eastern Iowa Biblical Counseling Coalition. As part of the Build 133 series, we wanted you to hear about the great work they are doing again! Dave Kirk is the Pastor of Spiritual Formation at Grace Community Church in North Liberty, Iowa, where he has served since 2009. Before that, he was a pastor in St. Louis, Missouri for 13 years. Dave is the co-founder and has been Director of the Eastern Iowa Biblical Counseling Coalition (EIBCC) since its inception in 2013. Dave has been in full-time ministry for 28 years. He earned a bachelor's degree and two master's degrees from Liberty University and is a certified biblical counselor with the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC).

Kelly Tarr is our guest on today's episode of 15:14. Kelly is an ACBC counselor who leads the Smoky Mountain Biblical Counselor Network. For the last three years, she served as the women’s ministry director in her local church and co-led a mother and tween-daughter discipleship ministry.
