I love these podcasts! I just listened to “convict to 6 figure” interview with Zachary Babcock. It was amazing! His 4 why’s are so important who you are helping, where are they most on social media, what is it you can help them with and why should they listen to you!
If it looks too good to be true…
it is. Sage advice from anywise business person.
This individual has moved through multiple industries, trying to make a fast buck at other peoples expense. And he has : If you note the evolution of his podcast, he moves through digital marketing, printing and publishing, coaching, and now real estate.
It’s always important to do your own research before taking someone else’s advice or giving them your money. Check an individuals education, background, and legal history.
Most easily check their digital footprint. In our digital world, if you take advantage of others or do harm to them, they will speak out - as is quite clearly the case with this individuals and his endeavours.
So unless you’ve got enough cash that you don’t mind propagating this kind of behaviour that takes advantage of others, the second wise business caveat also applies: “caveat emptor.“
