Sow Confused

Why are there stiffer penalties for mistreatment or a plant than some mistreatment of people. Capitalism created the environment and hungry masses… what else do folks expect?

Excellent

Anyone caught smuggling or buying endangered plants should face harsh penalties. Criminals, all of them.
