Great show

I like the character bits. Also, apparently reviews help, so I'm doing that.
Difference made.

TAP that Bats

The biggest and best surprise of 2016 is discovering this podcast! The context is always Batman but the industry jabber rolls deep. Justin is a natural host who pulls interesting and relatable stories and guests, from his menagerie of industry contacts and academic background.
As a voice acting geek and B:TAS fan myself for over 20 years, this podcast squees “my childhood!” with every episode.

Funny, even if you don't like BTAS.

Affable host Justin Michael is clearly a funny person- small moments in the interviews or little comments had me attempting to hold in belts of laughter on the bus like an everyday bus-lunatic. There are also more long game jokes like fake Gotham commercials (you'll be singing bits of the Two-Face musical for days) and weird games that don't really go anywhere but amuse none the less.
I think he finds his interview legs more as it goes on- but there are some beats in early episodes where it feels like everyone wants to veer away from the subject matter but doesn't really know if they can.
Overall worth subscribing for dorks or animation students or the casual podcast aficionado that wants to shuffle away from NPR but not dip too deep into the waters of "comedy podcasts" which can get quite murky.

I guess there is that bit about marrying Kevin Conroys dreamy poop, but really- it's mature!
