Hello again beautiful pod squad! We’re back after the summer break and so excited to talk to you about becoming WHOLE. What a concept, right? How do we do that? Well, one way is to integrate the different versions of ourselves we carry around. We may hide away or ignore parts of ourselves, but those parts are still there and they require love and acceptance, too. They are all a part of YOU and all of you deserves love and compassion. So, come gather up all the parts of yourself you’ve ever left elsewhere and remember your glorious wholeness!
