Ep. 14 Leaving the Occult and Finding Healing in Jesus

Ep. 14 Leaving the Occult and Finding Healing in Jesus

Rachel was born and raised in the Occult, and was trained for a life of wickedness. On this episode, she shares the story of what it was like to exist in the kingdom of darkness, and how God rescued her from the depths of it all.

"When He calls you by name it's as though everything inside you, no matter how resistant, has to say, "yes!" He called me through everything - through all the muck, the mire, the false, the ugliness. He called me by name and I heard it."

This episode is a great reminder that there is a spiritual battle at place, and we need to keep our eyes on our Commander, Jesus.

Refreshing Content

I recently binged all the episodes on my commute to work and back. I feel it’s rare for the church community to address certain “taboo” subjects. I feel Cory & Rosiland do a fabulous job of creating a safe, welcoming space for people to come and openly tell their stories with zero judgment. Thank you for offering this opportunity to those brave enough to share their stories and especially for your listeners to relate and/or gain a fresh perspective. Can’t wait for the next episode to drop!

Great in depth authentic conversations!

Many church congregations are afraid to have in depth conversations and would rather portray a flawless image rather than dig deep share the brokenness within. Can We Ask You This? is a podcast that is authentic and refreshing to listen to. The questions and conversations taking place are heartfelt and relevant with the times of today.
