On this episode of Le Run Down we had the pleasure of speaking with elites middle distance runner and Olympian, Carrie Tollefson.
Running was something Carrie loved to do from a young age and winning came naturally. But as she moved on to Villanova, the competition got tougher and she leaned on the support of her family to stay strong and grow as an athlete.
She takes us through her journey of National Titles, NCAA champions and eventually the Olympics but her career didn’t end there. Today, she’s a mother of three, a broadcaster and also hosts her own podcast. She’s full of energy and positivity, so we hope you enjoy this up tempo chat.
