Difficult to focus on story
There is too much background noise - as a person who has hearing issues, it really makes it difficult. People don’t need/want/expect these sound effects, where do podcast people get the idea it enhances their story? When the music stops and only a person is talking, it’s a distinct relief.

Re-enacting rape is so low and no regard for the victims ….

Good research. But, re-enactments of sexual assault are inappropriate and unnecessary.
