I’m really enjoying the podcast and will likely read some of Cal’s books soon. Some things it has helped me with are:
- being more organized in my work and personal life
- reducing my addiction to technology
- increased productivity
- reduced stress about deadlines, obligations
Thanks Cal!

Super helpful!

I have been working from home since March 2020 (due to Covid) and struggling with productivity. I started listening from the beginning and these podcasts have been an AMAZING “crash course” in Cal Newport’s methods and philosophies. My productivity has greatly improved, and I look forward to reading his books to get even more detail about implementing different strategies. He has a wealth of knowledge and helps listeners understand how to apply these methods to their specific life/work situations (everything from stay-at-home parent, to teacher, to high-level executive).
