An enjoyable part of my day
Always look forward to each days podcast. Just a few minutes each day and it gives so much to consider and think about. I enjoy the small, “bite-sized” nature of the episodes, focus for on one thought each day.
I listen to this daily, along with the Stoic Meditations podcast by Massimo Pigliucci. Ryan always grounds his messages in current issues and headlines — these are timely and ‘in the moment’ but they do have an American flavour (for obvious reasons) so may not translate outside US borders as well. The timeliness and relevance now may mean they won’t age as well, either, but I really like how they can connect to current affairs — nice counterpoint to the other podcast. I have one beef (which is why there are only 4 stars) — Ryan is shilling his books and courses on .EVERY .SINGLE .PODCAST! Don’t get me wrong I like his writing and have 5 of his books, but this is TOO much!
