Chuka is a master's student studying political science at UBC and the Director of research and policy at the BC Federation of Labour. Kira is chair of Canadian Students for Sensible Drug Policy`s national board. We discuss bill C-22, the merits of decriminalization and legalization of drugs in Canada, and some strategies for implementing new, progressive policies for the world we want to live in.
