On today’s episode, we are joined by Jennifer, a participant in the Right Body for Me coaching program.
Like many women, Jennifer spent her life cycling from one diet to another, never finishing or finding “success” with any of them.  But, she continued to believe that losing weight was the answer to all her struggles and always hoped that the next one would “work” and she’d feel better.
Eventually she realized that dieting wasn’t working and she started dabbling in the non-diet approach, however it didn’t seem to matter how much she learned or what programs she tried, she never found that freedom she thought she would gain by ditching diets.
In our interview, you’ll hear how one to one coaching was the thing that made the difference for Jennifer.  By having someone ask the tough questions, encourage her to dig down to the core issue and hold space for her - she finally felt safe to do the work to transform her limiting beliefs about health, weight and herself.
Jennifer shares how “doing the work” has given her the freedom she’s always wanted and opened up more possibilities than she even imagined.
