Love this podcast

I listened to one episode quite randomly and was instantly hooked. I went back and listened to every episode and I’ve learned so much. Kim is a natural at hosting, she speaks in an articulate and knowledgeable manner without ever sounding scripted. If you want to feel good about your body while optimizing your health, give this one a listen.

Like listening to a smart, kind friend.

Real talk. Kind, thoughtful, informative and helpful. I especially loved the unscripted vulnerability and confidence in the Celebration episode, #52. Feels like listening to a friend on the same journey and reminds me that there is no “right” way to be on mine.
