Amazing insight!!!

Incredible! the content is so relatable! and it’s so comforting to hear sabrina talk about emotions and explain things that may seem scary in such a way that makes you feel like you CAN have a handle on your relationship with food! Society makes you feel and brainwashes you into thinking that food and diet culture are in the driver’s seat. But sabrina makes you realize that YOU are in the driver’s seat. Follow your body, listen to your body’s cues, and don’t let anyone or anything take that away from you. Honestly a great listen!
