Amazing 😴💤

This is the best sleep/meditation podcast I’ve ever listened too! I simply love it and can’t sleep with out it! This podcast ACTUALLY WORKS! I really recommend this to anyone who have trouble having good night sleep but also to people who have to much on their mind at night before going to sleep. The stories are simple and lovely but most importantly easy to understand. If you want a better good night sleep, this is a MUST listen to podcast.

Rarely hear the ending!

Great instructions to prime the brain for sleep and creating habits. Soft relaxing voice telling well crafted, descriptive stories that make me happy and clam. I rarely hear the ending which is a great review for a sleep story. Thank you.
