Macbeth by William Shakespeare retold by Edith Nesbit
Tonight's sleep story is Macbeth by William Shakespeare, retold by Edith Nesbit. You know the story of Macbeth and Lady Macbeth and their thirst for power at any cost originally written by William Shakespeare. This adaptation by Edith Nesbit condenses and simplifies the story but the end remains the same. If you're still awake, the second story is Measure for Measure. A story you might not be as familiar with.

Customer Reviews
Defiantly the best sleep podcast out here 😍
Love her voice and the way she reads her stories, has never failed to put me asleep and let my mind focus on the lovely story, I wish there was a easier way to find the other parts of story’s. I was so excited to listen to black beauty but found out she had read 7 chapters before, I couldn’t find the first 6, I’m sure that’s more the failure of the app design. I do appreciate longer episodes! All in all the most wonderful sleep posdcast.
Very soothing
I love Taesha’s voice. Very calm & soothing. I never make it very far into the story as I fall asleep!
Wonderful!
I listen every night and without fail, I fall asleep. I have even tried to stay awake to listen to the story, to no avail.
Thank you Taesha!
