Episode #44 - Spirituality In Business
The Openness Of A Child And The Wisdom Of A Master

The journey to openness, mastery and spirituality requires our ongoing emotional labor.  It is very different from physical or intellectual labor. It requires us to practice moving through our fears rather than being controlled by them.  When we find ourselves looking for a shortcut, an excuse or an easy way out, we are actually being controlled by our fear.
You can start your journey by forming an emotional connection to what you want to achieve.  The stronger this connection the more likely you will be to do the emotional labor of bring that vision into reality.  This is the key to career, personal and corporate success.  The accelerating rate of change has made emotional labor essential for openness and wisdom to occur.
In this feature length episode Arthur Geringas and Phil Johnson explore tenets of the spirituality in business and how the MBL program explores being of service.
