A lot has happened within the year of 2021 and what better way to recap, reflection while showing gratitude for everything that has happened.

There wasn’t any script being used in the making of this episode but just the thoughts and memories of what this year had to bring and I’m forever grateful for every laugh, tear, headache, loving conversation etc I’ve had.

What is up my beautiful people?

In this episode, nothing was pre-written and just having a little talk on what’s been going on lately

In this episode, I’ll be explaining dark mindset that I was in for a period of time and how my thoughts were basically taking over myself in a negative way through the two poems that I share.

Everyone handles situations and progression differently and this is only to reflect and to witness an outcome. Hopefully this can encourage someone that there is always hope and everything that happens is a temporal season.

Remember that you are strong, powerful and a beautiful individual.
