Helped change my life
I went through a very difficult period of my life recently. During this time, I listened to GF almost daily. I haven’t missed an episode in many months. It changes how your brain functions. A lot of the things I find are similar and repeat, but this repetition is what helps things stick. I relate to so many things in a much more different way now.
