Welcome to The Soberoso™ Podcast where we invite guests and listeners from around the world to join us in “Sharing Our Passion For Recovery.”
Find a comfortable and quiet space in your home and let go of everything that weighs you down. Let go of fear, learn to forgive others and yourself and set yourself free as Dawn D guides us in this 15 minute meditation.
Take this time for yourself to unwind and be in the present moment. Turn your noise distractions off around you, perhaps you would like to turn the lights down, light a candle, maybe some incense and lay down in your bed or sit in a comfortable space. This is a perfect introduction to meditation and a great way to practice some self love and care.
Many of our listeners use our guided meditation to help them ease into a good nights sleep or to get grounded in a moment of stress.
