More of Chef Acheson
This is a good thing. On tv, Chef Acheson comes across as a quirky, wry, laconic character and creative chef with southern flavors. Most of that comes through here as well, but with an added dose of intelligent conversation. Excellent listening.
Oh..and the mention of Fishing with John makes you my brother.
