In this episode, we sat down with graphic designer Jeth Torres. Currently, he's a design lead in a global design firm and then on the side, he handles his own brand SWASH. With background of architecture, Elaine Samonte has dabbled into multiple formats before landing into her current (and from the looks to it, long term endeavor!) paper cutting! But in this episode, we discussed her journey as a designer, and now finding her own voice through the craft that she has chosen. JP Cuison is a multi awarded ad man by day but multi talented designer and artist at night. As an advertising professional, he has had successes with the campaigns he has directed, resulting to two-time Philippine representation to the Cannes Young Lions International Advertising Festival. As an artist he goes by his name "Gigzilla", him being a big gig poster artist, with his quirky presentation of direction for this medium. We interviewed one of the three partners, Jethro Olba,  and we got a good conversation on processes, creative courage on why they started their own, a slight focus on the designer himself, and most importantly, WHY ODIN AND GROTESK (what a name!). For the first try in designer interviews, we check in with typographer #AaronAmar whose body of work proudly shows the Filipino life, from street culture with his types Quiapo and Cubao and also helping us get in touch with our very own writing system Baybayin thru Malamaya and Titulo Tagalog. 

This came in light of the Enhanced Community Quarantine in times of COVID-19 in the Philippines so why not push for productive ways while still being at home.
