Pocket Tips

I am at the gym right now listening to the All Ears English Podcast and this is why I love it so much: I can truly listen it everywhere. I have a busy life and almost don't have the time to study properly. Despite that, I like the fact that it seems we are in an informal conversation. This makes me relax and enjoy even more the information that I have to absorb! Cheers!

Record my voice for speaking

Hi ladies, first of all I would like to say that your podcasts are really good. I listen them everyday in my way home from work. I have 2 questions for you guys:

1) can you tell me a good program or app to record me, so I can improve my pronunciation and practice speaking.
2) I searched a lot in internet and most courses for Ielts focus on the 4 skills, but I do not see grammar on them. I wonder why? Do we need to have already all grammar studied from before? I have studied grammar a long time ago and I need to refresh it. I heard a podcast that you say that grammar is not that important in ielts exam, so perhaps that is the reason. I mean it is important but, it does not help that much to get your required band score.

I am trying to write quickly because I am at work... lol

Thanks,

Mariela
