“It’s Going To Be OK” is a hard thing to believe given the state of, oh, everything. Many things are, in fact, not going to be okay at all. But on the advice of a wise therapist, we’re on a quest to find one okay thing about every day. Each morning, we bring you a short story, essay, or interview about one thing that makes us — or our guests — feel like it might not all be so bad ... even if some things are.
Join us every morning to start your day with the opposite of a doom scroll. And share your okay thing by leaving us a voicemail at 612-568-4441 or by emailing IGTBO@feelingsand.co.

Avis des utilisateurs
Absolutely Brilliant!!!
I love every one of the IGTBO episodes, and they do lift me up, but today’s was inspired. I keep tweezers in my tiny makeup bag in my purse, so I can get up close and personal with my chin hair. Never thought of writing a poem to it, but now I don’t have to - the best possible poem has already been written. A modern Emily Dickinson.
I just had to review today’s episode.
This gave me all the dopamine. If you’re feeling unnoticed, notice someone. Dig through your box of cards (omg do I ever have one!) and send it to someone who made an impact on your life, even if it’s been so long they may not remember. Truly hit me right in the feels. I’ve been feeling invisible lately and also lost a place I used to go every Sunday for the last ten years. I’ve lost my purpose. My feeling of belonging. I’m going to remember we’re all fragile and notice someone, out-loud and to them, in the morning. I’m going to write a long overdue letter. Thank you for being such a good human. And for sharing such valuable words everyday.
I love this
I just binged the first 15 episodes. I am a person who tends towards pessimism and anxiety and this is exactly what I need. It’s like Nora figured out how to look on the bright side, without being one of those terrible bright siders. How???? 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
