JTP #199 - How To Find Success Through Investing In Yourself
In this week’s episode, I sit down with Kathleen Black, one of the top real estate team coaches in all of North America. Regardless of how difficult the situation you find yourself in is, there is always something you can do to build yourself up. Kathleen found herself in a desperate situation, but by calculating the risks, and choosing to invest in herself, she was able to rise above all of the challenges that stood in her way and find success. No matter who you are, or what your position in life is, there is a way to start building a better life. I hope this video inspires you to take the first step.
JTP #198 - Why Passive Real Estate Investments Are Right For You
In this week’s episode, I talk with Senior Associate at Equiton, Lawrence Raponi, about the
appeal behind passive investments. There’s no doubt that real estate is one of the safest
investment methods out there, but like with any type of investment, there are risks that come
with it. If you don’t consider yourself someone who can handle those risks, passive investing
can help take a lot of the strain off. It may not be as glamorous as active investing appears to
be, but your well being is worth more than that. Any time spent in the market is time well spent.
JTP #197 Learning To Believe That You Can Overcome Failure
In this week’s episode, I have a deep conversation with Neil Desouza, following his journey
through the world of real estate. Like him, there are so many people in the world who stand
frozen in time, too scared of the possibility of failure to ever make the move that could
potentially change their lives. The first step in overcoming that fear is believing that you can,
along with the challenges you’re going to face. Regardless of where you’re starting, there is
always going to be more to learn. Whether you’re at the bottom of the ladder, or you’re already
halfway to the top, all you need to do is believe that you can succeed in order to start climbing.
JTP #196 - Taking Steps Forward In The Face of Adversity
In this week’s episode, I’m lucky to reintroduce you all to a very special guest we’ve had once before, Alfonso Cuadra. When we last spoke with him, he’d mentioned his goal, and since then, he’s gone above and beyond in crushing that goal. We all know where we want to be in life, but if you’re not willing to execute, no amount of dreaming is going to get you there. There’s always room to learn, but you need to also be willing to put those lessons into practice. Invest in yourself, lock onto your target, and start moving towards it.
JTP #195 - How To Ensure Rebates For Your New Investment Property
In this week’s show, I was able to sit down with Beallor, a rebate specialist, and owner of Rebate4U.
One of the keys to a successful business is to find a need people have that isn’t being met, and figuring out a way to fulfill that need. That’s what Michael was able to do with Rebate4U, managing to efficiently service his clients in obtaining rebates for their new and renovated homes. I know a lot of you have already worked with Michael, and speak on the stellar service his team provides, but the story of how he got to where he is now is just as valuable, whether you’ve worked with him or not.
JTP #194 - How To Find Opportunities Through Building A Community
I love to hear stories of people’s growth, where their journey has taken them, and how they’ve
used those experiences to reach higher levels of success.
In this episode, I sat down with Andrew Hines, an experienced real estate investor and podcast
host who opened up the doors to success for himself through his podcast series. To this day, so
many of us underestimate the power that comes with connecting and networking. By acting as a
valuable resource in people’s lives, you’ll find more hands reaching out to pull you forward,
letting you accomplish bigger and greater things in the future. Listen to Andrew’s story, and use
that information to propel yourself.
Jas and his team are amazing. The amount of info you get from this pod is insane. They should be charging for this!! Keep crushing it !
