Matthew Sieben ,

Just start

I’ve really enjoyed the podcast and guests! The introductions make for exciting episodes.

I tune in when weight training, running, driving and rowing (got a PR for a 5,000M while listening to episode 72!)

I started a side business at the start of the pandemic and your show has been the perfect partner of support every step of the way. Thanks for the lessons shared and making the time to CREATE.

The Path

This podcast made me start BJJ, best decision I’ve made in a while. Many lessons leaned from the podcast as well as the books.

From the start

Listen to the first 20 episodes at least! As D. Cooper said, I don’t know what was I doing not having listen to Jocko Podcast before. My kids are still too young know for understanding and integrating that knowledge, but I hope it will stay in the web so that I’ll be able to make them listen to those lessons of life in the future. (Sorry for the poor english there, I’m from Quebec)
